Starting January 2017 Carmel Recreation will no longer be issuing Resident ID Cards....Town of Carmel Residents must pay a one-time Resident Fee before registering for classes. (A Resident is a person who pays their property taxes to the Town of Carmel). Resident Fee is $6 per person.
Every resident, regardless of age, participating in a program is required to pay this fee; if a participant is under the age of 18, a parent/legal guardian is also required to pay the resident fee in addition to the child.
This Resident Fee is valid for one year, January through December, regardless of when they are purchased. Senior Citizens - sixty years and older - pay no fee and do not have to renew as long as they maintain residency in the Town of Carmel.
On-Line Registration: Resident Fee can be purchased on-line through Community Pass. After Resident Fee is completed, resident is ready to register for classes on-line.
