**All park facilities are available for rental to Town of Carmel Residents for parties, family reunions and picnics!**
Sycamore Park
SYCAMORE PARK - 790 Long Pond Rd, Mahopac, NY 10541
Sycamore Park, situated between Long Pond and Long Pond Road in Mahopac, is the center where the Carmel Recreation and Parks Department operates. The park consists of 32 acres, 18 of which are developed fully for water and land activities. The park contains four tennis courts, a baseball/football field, spacious beach, picnic and playground areas, paddle ball/hand ball court, Dog Park and a concession/refreshment stand. The picnic area has grills and tables under pavillion convenient for gatherings of a substantial size (100). The playground area has many features for children; swings, slides, tunnels and monkey bars!
Jimmy McDonough Memorial Park and Skate Park
JIMMY McDONOUGH MEMORIAL PARK - SKATE PARK - 20 Dixon Rd, Carmel NY 10512
The Jimmy McDonough Memorial Park complex is located at the end of Angela Drive off of Long Pond Road. It features three football/soccer fields, one ninety-foot diamond, one sixty-foot diamond and a skate park. This facility also has rest rooms and a food concession. It is open from late March to November.
Chamber Park
CHAMBER PARK - Routes 6/6N, Mahopac, NY 10541
The Mahopac Chamber Community Park is located in downtown Mahopac at the corner of Routes 6 and 6N. It is a beautiful, waterfront park located on Lake Mahopac. Its features include a gazebo, fountain, playground, walking paths and benches. It is a carry-in, carry-out park open from dawn 'til dusk all year long.

Paul A. Camarda Park
PAUL A. CAMARDA PARK - 226 Seminary Hill Rd, Carmel, NY 10512
Camarda Park is located at 226 Seminary Hill Road. It features lacrosse/soccer field, one ninety-foot diamond, one sixty-foot diamond, two basketball courts, nature/walking trails, picnic area/pavillion and a playground. The picnic area has tables convenient for gatherings of a substantial size (200). This facility also has rest rooms and a food concession.
Michael Geary Memorial Roller Hockey Rink

Baldwin Meadows Park
BALDWIN MEADOWS PARK - 24 Grand Meadow Dr, Mahopac, NY 10541
Baldwin Meadows Park is located at 24 Grand Meadow Drive. It features two soccer fields, two basketball courts, walking trail, and a playground. This facility also has a food concession and restrooms.
Airport Park
AIRPORT PARK - 161-165 Hill St, Mahopac, NY 10541
Airport Park is located at 161-165 Hill Street. It features multiple soccer/lacrosse fields, walking trails, and is the future site of a playground, support building and restrooms.
Sycamore Dog Park
SYCAMORE PARK 790 Long Pond Road, Mahopac
The park is a little over 1/2 acre with a sloped terrain and plenty of shade. It features separate play areas for large dogs and small/timid dogs, 6 foot fences, waste stations, human and doggy water fountains, play bridges, agility equipment, play tubes, a non-working fire hydrant, a hose, benches, picnic tables and a shed to stay inside when it is cold outside and the pups still want to run around! This park is a membership only park. To receive your membership please register online and bring our Town of Carmel Dog License to the main office at Sycamore Park. MUST BE A TOWN OF CARMEL OR MAHOPAC RESIDENT TO REGISTER - Registration Online with Community Pass or by mail (Registration Form attached below). Residents must first pay a Resident Registration Fee of $6.00 to register for the Dog Park and must have Dog License/dog vaccinations to register.
